Air Fares

All air fares and taxes/fees are not guaranteed until they have been paid for and tickets have issued. Since the airfares and taxes/fees quoted have been discounted for check payment, the discounted amount will be added back.

Air Travel Quotation and Reservations

We require at least 4 days advance purchase in-order-to complete your travel reservations, payments, and deliver tickets to a US address.

Travel Secrets staff will be reconfirming, via email, your on-line reservations in approx. 24 hours (Mon-Fri) and requests for fare quotes in approx. 48 hours (Mon-Fri). Your attempt to reach us by phone prior to that will only delay our processing of your reservation. Only by not relying on the traditional telephone reservation service, we are able to keep our costs down and continue offering our Internet clients, the lowest possible airfares and service.

Include the passenger names; city pairs you wish to travel between; travel date for each city pair and days flexible (i.e. +/- days); price you are trying to beat, if applicable; your name, day & evening phone, email address and/or fax number.

International flight reservations must use names as they appear in passport for all passengers. Please also indicate birth date for passenger(s) who has not reached age of 11.

Payment Method

Credit Cards from all major card companies, excepting Discover, are accepted and verified against the billing address and phone. Since the airfares and taxes/fees quoted have been discounted approximately 3% for check payment, this amount will be added back. But, in no event will your credit card be charged, when you book on-line, until we have reconfirmed the total amount to be charged with you via email, fax or phone.

If tickets are requested to be mailed to an address other than the credit card billing address, or if Cardholder is not a passenger, please fax your request to our credit department at 310-280-2861, along with a legible photocopy (front and back) of both your credit card and drivers license (or passport); credit card billing address; your day and evening phone numbers; and company name, address and general phone number, where employed.

Checks. Only Money Order, Cashiers Check or Certified Checks are accepted  (No Personal or Company Checks).  Please ensure we receive it by Due Date (noon, Pacific Standard Time) by using overnight mail.

Western Union Quick Pay (pay in local currency) - Visit your local Western Union or American Express office.Complete the BLUE Quick Pay form.Our code city/local is: TRAVELSECRETS,CA.

Wire Transfer. Please include a US$ 25 bank fee.Upon completion of your wire, Email us (a) the Date your bank is wiring funds; (b) the amount; (c) sending bank name, city, routing #; and (c) bank confirmation or transaction #.

Delivery - Ticket & other Travel Documents

Method: For tickets paid for more than 21 days prior to departure they will be sent via Airborne Express 2nd day service or similar, approximately 10 days after receipt of your payment.  The fees for Shipping/Handling will be included in your Confirmation/Billing.  Supplements apply for for international delivery (approx. US$ 30) and for tickets paid for less than 21 days prior to departure ($25 for Monday-Friday overnight delivery or US$ 35 for Saturday delivery).

Address: If paying by credit card, tickets and other travel documents will be mailed only to your credit card billing address. Refer to above 'Payment Method - Credit Card' section for details.

Changes & Cancellations

In the event you need to change or cancel, the following fees apply:

-Multiple/duplicate on-line bookings will be charged US$ 15 per person/booking and all bookings are subject to automatic cancellation.  Never rebook or make duplicate bookings...for changes, please email us.
-Changes of reservation:    US $ 10 /booking record.
-Changes & cancellations after we have ticketed, but prior to departure:  from US$ 300 per person.
-No shows for departure or partially used tickets non-refundable and have no credit value.

The airfares are provided by our associated travel companies located in each of the respective countries. They will individually respond to your request for quotations and/or reservations, as well as advise you of their Terms & Conditions.
